Shipping Information
Weavers is committed to processing your order in a timely manner. Unless your product is back ordered, you can expect to receive your order in 7-14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order and are based on item weight and shipping method. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Orders shipped using UPS service will be assigned a UPS tracking number. This number can be used on www.ups.com or by following the link provided in your confirmation email. USPS orders tracking number can be followed at www.usps.com or by the link provided in your confirmation email.
Backorders
Weavers will ship the in-stock items to you, and then ship the backordered items when they are back in stock, at no extra shipping charge to you. If more than 1 item is on backorder we will wait until all of the backordered items are available and send them in one additional shipment. This will save both you and Weavers from having to ship several shipments for the same order. If your item is back ordered and we have your contact information and email we will attempt to notify you that your item has been backordered. In the event your back ordered item can not be delivered we will offer you the option of another item of equivalent value or a 100% refund on that item.
Return Policy
You may return ONLY items that are damaged or defective and were purchased from Weavers. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You may expect a REFUND in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We can only refund shipping cost and credit card charges if the return is a result of our error. Please send all returns to Weavers along with a copy of your receipt/invoice.

If you do not have your receipt, please call or email us and we will look your information up in our system, and contact you concerning the return.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you receive a product from us and you find that it is incorrect, do not open the item. Please inform us immediately arrange for the product to be return to us. If you think that you have purchased the wrong product, or that the product is defective, we will refund you the purchase price provided that:
1. The product is returned to us in an unopened, resalable condition.
2. The product is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
