For many people, running your own business can be a very lonely place. Often those just starting out don't know where to turn for helpful input. They may also be so busy trying to make things work that they don't have the time to cultivate helpful advisory relationships. Oddly enough, more success often brings even more isolation.

The Weavers Roundtables provide an environment for sharing, caring, praying, encouraging, advising, and working through many of the issues that all business owners face. As each new Business Basic Training course begins, Roundtables are formed to create a peer groups that help each other through the course. Each class starts with a teaching time and then the class will break up into Roundtable groups with discussions to allow the students to gain further insight from each other on the evening's topics. Each person will be in a group that will pray with them, help them grow, and work through business challenges with them throughout the class.

After graduation from Basic Training, as a part of the ongoing membership to Weavers, Roundtables will be conducted on a regular basis to continue the relationships established in the class, and allow for new ones to develop in the Weavers community. Weavers Roundtables will be conducted by trained facilitators and mentors who will work with each group on ongoing business and life issues, challenges, and triumphs.
